Email is the fastest way to reach us, for anything: questions, withdrawals and refunds, privacy requests, complaints and reports. A person reads every message and replies within 2 working days, in English. Eternity is long, but our inbox isn't.

Withdrawals and refunds

You have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase and get everything back, no reason needed. The quickest way is Withdraw from contract here, on the Withdraw page or on your private management page. You can also email us from the address you paid with, including your plot address (for example, Circle 7, Plot 666-B). The Refunds page explains the rest.

Use the Lost link page. We'll send it to the email you paid with.

We never send bills

Satan Realty never asks for payment by email, letter or message. Not even in triplicate. You only ever pay at checkout, when you choose to. If a message asks you to pay us, it isn't from us. Please forward it to agent@plot-in-hell.com.

Report a plot (or something illegal)

If a plot shows the name of a real person who didn't choose it, something offensive, or anything you think is illegal, tell us. Press Report this plot on the plot's page, or email agent@plot-in-hell.com with:

  • the plot address or link (required), for example Circle 7, Plot 666-B, or https://plot-in-hell.com/p/7-666B;
  • what's wrong: it names a real person · it's offensive or harassing · it's spam or an ad · it's illegal (for example defamatory, or it infringes your rights) · something else;
  • why: required if you say it's illegal. Tell us which law or right you think it breaks, and why;
  • your name and email: optional for most reports. Please include them if you're reporting illegal content, so we can confirm receipt and tell you our decision;
  • for reports of illegal content, this statement: "I believe in good faith that the information in this report is accurate and complete."

What happens next. If you gave an email, we confirm receipt. A person reviews the report and we tell you what we decided. After three reports, a name is hidden automatically until we've reviewed it. A report that it names a real person hides it straight away. We don't tell the plot's owner who reported it. The rules are in section 9 of the Terms.

Complaints

Write to agent@plot-in-hell.com first. We try to settle things within 14 days. If we can't agree, you can use ANPC – SAL, the alternative dispute resolution service of Romania's consumer protection authority, at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro, or an approved dispute resolution body in your own country. We don't commit to using a dispute resolution body, but we'll look at any request in good faith. Section 18 of the Terms has the details.
